My name is Victoria Dickerson and the owner and CEO of Self-Made Services! I began my collegiate basketball career and academic studies in business at Benedict College. I was fortunate enough to win a conference championship before transferring to Columbia International University where I finished my student-athlete career and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. 

 

Much of my career experience has been filled with brand management, social media management, general management, community leadership, operations, data entry, event planning and many other things.

 

The main pieces fall under recruiting, general management, and brand management! Recruiting: Recruitment is about finding a good fit. I am passionate about making sure that my clients receive a well-rounded and customized service to ensure they have the best experience all around.

Management: I’ve worked in management of personnel and resources for about 5 years. So, what does that mean? It means I have the capabilities to put together a plan that works for the majority to produce a successful partnership whether that be with employees, clients, small business owners etc.

 

Brand Management: Brand Management consists mostly of image tailoring, and I understand how to protect and grow the image of businesses. But most importantly, making sure they get the proper exposure to be able to have a positive impact on the audience it’s catering to.
